My puppy is going through his adolescence and since we just got him he’s learning to not bite. He’s an Australian shepherd and while his bites have gotten softer (slightly) we’re hoping he stops biting as frequently. He gets crated every time he mouths/bites but it’s not working as effectively as it used to.
Any non-abusive but unconventional ways to help biting inhibition? The only normal method that worked was crating.
Please don’t suggest yelping or redirection with multiple toys – he could not gaf 😅
