My 11 week old puppy is being taken out to potty on my balcony until he is fully vaccinated (high rise condo). I purchased a real grass patch which he used more consistently the first few days I had him, but the past 2 weeks he will 80% of the time opt to pee or poo on the concrete, and only occasionally go on the grass patch. Is this ok? Is it even worth paying for the grass patch every few weeks then? Should I be doing something different?
