What’s the standard deworming schedule for dogs?

Hello! Our family dog gave birth to 5 puppies 19 days ago. We deworm them when they turned 2 weeks.

I wanna ask what's the standard deworming schedule for dogs from the moment they were born? Or what's the deworming schedule of your dogs? The internet says different things. There are ones that said every two weeks until 12 weeks. Others says every two weeks until 8 weeks. And I also saw one that said every two weeks until 16 weeks.

And after that, there was one that said deworm them every three months. But another said deworm again when they turn 6 months, and again when they turn 1 year.

So, I don't really know if you can tell. We don't have a vet clinic where we live. I would really really appreciate if you help me and it would be a big help for our dogs.
