Puppy very wild and out of control

I want to start by saying I understand a puppy is still wild and exploring and learning. I understand that.

So my puppy is very out of control once we are outside but especially with other people and dogs.

I am a new owner. I have had for about a month and everything is going really well.

But this is also my first dog and I hoping someone can help me to try to calm him down even with the surroundings being more hectic or with temptations.

Also feel like I am still not good at building a good relationship with him. He is not really into cuddles for instance. Maybe he just isn’t and I have to accept that.

Any help would be so appreciated
