puppy randomly barking at things in the house and garden/how to make sure she comes out of her fear period in a good place

hiya, i'm back again 😅.

my 7 month (nearly 8 month) old female cocker spaniel (spayed) has recently started constantly barking at the tv and cupboards in our living room, and also at things in the garden.

i don't really know how to desensitise her to these things. is it just go up to the object and give treats? any advice would be great. might be the hardest few days we have ever had 😣. i also want to make sure that in future she won't be constantly barking at these things, and i'm scared maybe she will always do this.
