New Dog

I recently adopted a 3-4 year old Mini poodle mix. She won’t go outside and she won’t walk outside. Shes very skittish and has to sleep by my bed at night. She will only go potty inside. Most of the time on the doggy pads but not always. She also will not really eat. We’ve tried three different dry foods. She will only eat the cat food or wet food. We already fixed the eating the cat food. Has anyone else had any experiences with adopting a grown dog with similar behavior? And if so any suggestions?
