How long did it take your puppy to realize you always come back?
Mine cries the second I walk to the bathroom. I try not to make it a big deal, but he acts like I am going off to war. When did your puppies grow out of this stage?

Puppy body language?
Looking for some advice on my five month old pup. She’s very social and likes to meet and say hello to everyone. She’s developed a behaviour of crawling on the floor and lying down whenever she spots dogs out and about. What’s this mean? If she says hello to other dogs she’s totally fine but we do this lying down routine multiple times on walks and it’s getting in the way of heel training. Any help or advice on what this could mean is appreciated.

Separation anxiety dog chew toys recommendations.
Any tips for dogs with separation anxiety? Our dog has it. Lab retriever mix. She’s 7 years old. We’ve had her since she was 16 weeks old. But more recently she gets into the trash or chews on my daughter’s toys when all leave the house. Any recommendations for chew toys that are good for large dogs?

How to train my dog to eat slow
We have a 1 1/2 year old male golden doodle, we got him at 8 months old, he came from a home with children and 3 other dogs. We do have one male husky about 2 1/2 years old but the two dogs get fed in their cages both morning and night time. The problem is that my doodle will scarf down and swallow his kibble whole, we’ve put obstacles in his bowl and scattered food on the floor and slow feeders down for him but it makes no difference. When the chances have arrived he will literally eat the entire bag of dog food, how do I ACTUALLY TRAIN him to slow down, I don’t want tools or band-aid fixes. No “scatter food on the ground” “use muffin tins” etc these don’t do anything I’m looking for real training techniques Also have gone through changing his food for different nutrients, he will literally poop himself in the kennel every night. The only dog food his body will adjust to is what we have him on

When do they stop needing constant attention?
My 6 month old poodle puppy wants attention literally 24/7. If he isn't sleeping, he wants to play. And if I disengage with him for a minute to check on a bill or answer a text, he finds something destructive to do like ripping up the furniture or playing in his water dish or barking or biting me. We're working on the leave it command, I imagine that'll help when he gets better with it, but when can I actually leave the puppy alone to play with himself for a bit? I don't mean leave the house, I just mean be in the same room but doing my own thing. Is this my life until he's a year or more?

Crate Training-Morning Barking
Hello!
We have a 15 week old puppy and we are struggling with crate training. He does great when we’re not home, we have a Furbo and can see that he’s resting in the crate until our dog walker comes.
At night, we can put him in the crate and he rests in there with no issue. Then around 1AM the barking starts. We take him out. He potties and then barking continues. Or after breakfast, he eats, potties, and then goes back into the crate and today, barked for 45 mins straight.
His crate is in our room, blanket and toys in with him. Next to his brother. We have a blanket over the crate at night too.
I’m just struggling because he can go all day no issue but at night, it’s completely different.
Any and all input is helpful.
