How to get puppy to sleep in later?

Our dog is a five month d toy poodle. he does really well at sleeping through the night, but he tends to fall asleep about 9 and sleep through until 6. we’re really lucky there! But we’re hoping to change his sleep schedule to more around 10-7, and we just can’t get him to stay up and then stay asleep longer. getting up so early conflicts with our working hours, and even an hour later really helps.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is this just because he’s a puppy? He eats 4 meals a day because he’s so small, and his last meal is at 7:30. should we make it later?
