Help with potty training 12-16 weeks old puppy with full time job.

So I have a puppy Ive had him for a few weeks now and I’m starting to struggle with the potty training. I work at 4:30 AM-3:15 PM, with 15 minute breaks at 8AM and 1PM and a 30 min lunch break at 11AM. I live like two blocks from my work and have well enough time to come home and take him out on all my breaks. However I’m struggling with other factors, what would you guys recommend for when to feed, should I use a crate when I’m at work? A playpen? Puppy pads? This is my first ever dog and I’m so overwhelmed with the potty training and any help or advice would be appreciated! He’s a pit mix btw if that helps! Thx!

Edit: I should mention that I do come home and take him out on all my breaks but he doesn’t go potty, then each break I come home I have to clean up an accident inside.
