Need advice on affordable options for my dog’s injury (Philippines)

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some guidance or direction.

Our 1-year-old dog recently had an accident and now needs a procedure that is quite expensive (around ₱70,000+). Unfortunately, I’m still a college student and don’t have the financial capacity to cover it. I’ve already used most of my savings for checkups and initial care.

My family is hesitant to proceed because of the cost, so I’m trying to look for other options on my own.

I just wanted to ask:

Are there any low-cost or teaching veterinary hospitals in the Philippines?

Do you know of any organizations, charities, or groups that help with vet expenses?

Has anyone tried payment plans or arrangements with clinics?
