Started bringing my puppy (4mo female pom) to training classes to help with her anxiety around large dogs (from a distance). At the end of the class (only 30 mins) our trainer said she made good progress going from hiding to observing and accepting treats. She was understandably tired when we got home and crashed for about 3 hours.
Ever since we got home she is really cranky when I try to take her on the leash even if it's after a nap. I really noticed it this morning when I took her out first thing on waking up and she was wired off the bat. I'm trying to let her get some more sleep but she seems restless. Is it possible shes still tired after yesterday and would it possibly help to give her a low stim day? I usually train her 20 mins everyday.
