5 month old puppy waking up in the middle of the night with energy

My cavalier puppy still usually has had to potty once during the night, which is totally fine, I’m a light sleeper and she sleeps with me.

But this thing has happened 3 times now where she wakes up at 2ish and does not want to come back to bed, she wants to do all her morning things, like go wake up the other people we live with (whines at the bedroom door), or just generally seems not sleepy. Right now she has a chew I gave her and is working away at it at the foot of the bed, but I need to supervise her so I’m awake.

I do know she’s currently teething, so my best guess is this has to do with that?

Any other ideas/ideas to manage it? (Ps the red colour of this flair makes it seem so anti-crate training; I’m not, I just haven’t managed to do it)
