Puppy enrichment and how much do they actually need?

I have a 9 month old doxie mix that’s pretty high energy. How much enrichment does she actually need to feel fulfilled? I do bring her out for sniff walks but how much indoor mental enrichment do I give her?

Some days I feel like I’m just not doing enough and that she’ll start finding things to chew around that house that she’s not supposed to but then I also read somewhere that they’re supposed to learn how to be bored and not to give them too much enrichment so they’re not always ON ON ON.

I do use her kibbles for find it games around the house and snuffle mats / snuffle balls some days for meal time, not always so she doesn’t get bored but what about the afternoon or evening time before that? Like what’s your normal routine?
