Our new Pomsky is doing really well at 9 weeks old. We're working on several things but I don't know what to do about this barking. He is silent most of the time but when I take him outside, sometimes he will bark and growl at me. He sits in front of me and barks while looking at me. He jumps around and wags his tail so I don't think it's aggression. I think he is trying to initiate play, but I don't know for sure and I don't know how to fix this one.
Any help is appreciated.
