Our beautiful Golden Retriever, Amber, is 15 and a half months now. We're in this weird in-between stage where I'm not sure if to tell people she's "still a puppy" or now that she's considered a teen she's no longer a pup?
What do you think? Does it depend on the breed perhaps, as I've heard some breeds mature quicker than others?
