what’s your teenager’s day to day routine?

My puppy is 8 months old (time honestly flies even though there were times I was fighting for my life).

We don’t have much of a hard cut routine anymore. I’ve been much more flexible with all of the teenage changes she’s going through. Generally she sleeps from 9-7. We go on a 20 min or so sniff walk in the morning gives us a chance to train for reactivity too. She is eating 2 times a day now so around 8:30-9am and 7pm.

We play outside for about 30 min around noon and in the evening we either play outside or go on another walk. Each day she gets a dental chew at some point sometimes we also gets this thin strip of turkey tendon. And I try to provide stuffed kongs, snuffle balls or mats sometimes too.

Her playpen is very much still being utilize, she can’t really manage herself sometimes out of it but it gets better 🙂 I’d say during the day time she will be in it at most 4-5 hours with potty breaks.
