im not a dog owner but this seemed like an appropriate place to ask this but like how am i supposed know if a dog is trying to mawl me or not today i was face timing someone while walking in a park and a dog was walking behind me i just looked back stepped aside to the left a bit and the dog was kinda following me i kinda shat myself because the dog was like an inch behind me and i ended up slipping which i think scared it and it ran back (prolly to its owner id assume)
im a bit more cautious of them esp rn since i got chased by a dog like a yr ago and idk if a dogs tryna kill me or just being normal do they like bark or smthn? because i dont think thats the only sign
