What do people do with their puppies when you are unwell?

I have just come through my puppy having a minor bacteria infection that led to very little sleep and many accidents

He is now heaps better but I seem to have picked up the same bacteria and I am now unwell

I get vertigo when I am sitting or standing, am incredibly nauseous and struggling to stay awake, but puppy is back to normal and still needs his play and training and toilet breaks. He is now 11 weeks old (Doberman)

I am on my own and have no one to help me with him when I am unwell (people I would normally ask for help are all away for the long weekend where I am).
