Training For Better Walks?

I've got a 10 month old corgi. The two problems I'm having are leash pulling and going for pretty much all the garbage he can find on walks. A minor third issue is there's a little bit of reactivity when passing other dogs.

For the garbage hunting, we've worked on "leave it" and he's pretty good about that to the point where if he gets something in his mouth and I say "leave it" he'll actually spit out what he has and I'll reward him for it. That doesn't happen every time though, as I can tell he judges what he has vs. the treat he knows he's about to get. For instance, any kind of fabric like a glove or winter hat are really hard to get away from him I have to force it out of his mouth basically and he gets protective of it.

He's pretty much on a constant hunt for anything he can find when we're out and I have to always be scanning ahead to find things before he does. I'm saying "leave it" a lot during walks and while he's mostly good with that, I would eventually like to get him to the point where he's ignoring the garbage to begin with instead of thinking walks are time to hunt for shit.

For leash pulling, he does know "heel" and will walk beside me when I say that until I give him a treat. But the majority of our walks are him pulling ahead or to the side (again hunting / srounging). He's still a light enough weight that I can manage it ok, but it would be nice if he was a bit better about it and we could start working on it.

As for the reactivity part, it's not a major issue, but he will bark and pull when passing other dogs often. Not every time, but often enough that I'm really starting to work on that too. Basically pulling him off to the side, getting him to sit and keep his eyes on me while the other dogs pass and give him a treat after.

Looking for any tips on these for what's helped you and your pup.
