hi everyone! I adopted my son when he was 8mo old he is about to be 11mo I’m about to start a new job 2:30-8pm. at my current job I go in at 5 and get home latest 11pm my sister was babysitting him but she doesn’t do that now because of the constant barking (still working on that lol) its gotten better because he will be in the crate for only about 4-5 hours. Now with my new job I will be gone with what feels like majority of the day how can I navigate that and still get all his needs met before I have to go to work. dog walker and let them feed him dinner?
