The circle of guilt…

Hi all, this is a general advice query that I'm repeatedly struggling with- I can't tell if I'm giving too much or too little time for my pup (5 months old lab). I'm aware of similar posts, but none had quite hit the spot, so I'm keen to hear folk's thoughts. During the week I work from home for three days so we're up around 0630, have a play/ training and a cuddle for 30 mins, she has breakfast and a nap while I get ready, after that we go for a 20-25 minute walk where she gets to be off lead for a bit and we play, then I start work ~0900. When I work she is with me and can roam around the house as she wishes (but she normally stays near me most of the time), when she wakes up occassionally I give a cuddle and a short play, but keep working until lunchtime where we do a bit of training and playing for 30 mins, then I go back to work until we walk again ~1500, then finish work at 1730, dinner, play/training/cuddles, cuddle on sofa from 1900, bed at 2100. When I'm in the office the other two days she comes with me and gets lots of cuddles from co-workers, a bit less sleep than on work from home days, and has a nice time (walks still the same etc).

During the week I feel less guilt about not entertaining her all the time, I have to work and so we both just have to get on with it, but at the weekend I need a bit of time to myself or just to get some things done, and I have cyclical guilt every weekend about not entertaining my pup enough. We still start off the same, she still gets two 20-25 minute walks a day with at least one when she can go off lead for a bit. I try to vary where we do these more, expose her to something new, or combine the walk with a friend. We'll probably do 2-3 short training sessions as well, plus her favourite activity of destroying one of the cardboard boxes I have saved for her or we'll drive somewhere different for variety. At the weekend she'll also generally sleep partially on me on the sofa in most of her naps. Is this enough? Is it too much? Am I a bad dog person for reading my book a while on the weekend/ doing a different hobby. I've seen folk on here say they spend 5 hours a day directly interacting with their pup, we have lots of frequent cuddles/ short plays etc, but is this enough? plz send hlp
