Hi, i am M15
I came here to ask on how should i socialize an 3 y old german shepard.
He is always in his playpen(i am not the one closing him).
No one takes him on walks(he was never taugh on how to walk on leash)
He JUMPS A LOT on me, tho he isnt agresive ane never was
His past owner(my grandpa) had tendency to use physical force on him and didnt realy take care of him in terms of bathing etc
