She escaped AGAIN and I am at my wits f****** end

I need help. The dog has escaped AGAIN and I don't know what to do I am at my wits end and I think I am going to have to crate her. I hate that she will have to be crated for so long but there is literally nothing else I can do. She slipped her collar (which was fitted properly, the finger between collar and skin) and I genuinely don't know what else I can do, she gets out of the harness I got her too
