Schedule questions – what about leaving?

I found this schedule posted here by another wonderful poster. I'm wanting to have my 15 week Sheltie follow it but I need help. I've had her almost 2 weeks now and the part I'm still not understanding is what about socialization or leaving the house at all?

I've been taking her to public spaces and walking around or sitting with her in my lap at all times until vaccines are done. This schedule allows a max 2 hour awake period where she also needs to eat and potty. Including loading everything up, driving to a place, staying for a little bit, driving back… that takes a solid 1-1.5 hours. It just feels almost impossible to leave?

8 am Wake up

8-10 am breakfast, potty, play, train, short walk

10-12 nap in crate

12-1 pm potty, play, lunch

1-3 pm nap in crate

3-5 pm potty, short walk, training, play

5-6 pm nap in crate

6-7 pm potty, dinner, play

7-9 pm nap in crate

9-10 pm potty, play

10 pm bedtime
