Regression – peeing in crate

My puppy is 10 months old and has been peeing in his crate basically every day. We stop his water intake 2 hours before bedtime and take him out right before bedtime. He pees in the middle of the night or really early in the morning. I usually put him in around 7:30-8pm to 8:30-9am and he used to sleep through the entire night until recently. Not sure what to do because he was doing really well before!
