Recently got my dog spayed and ever since we got her back she’s been sitting by her squeaky toys for the past 4 days

I’m not sure what is causing it but ever since she got home she went upstairs on are couch and has been sitting there the for the last 4 days. She’s been sitting there with them yesterday we bought some more and squeaked them she ran downstairs picked them up one by one and put them on her spot. So we’re starting to think she had baby’s and those are her babies or something if anybody has any insight about this is would be very helpful thank you.
