Hi all, me and my partner have a 5 month Cockapoo, he’s our first dog and he really is doing great as far as I can tell. He of course isn’t perfect and loves to pick anything and everything up and jumps up etc etc, one thing we could really use some guidance on is the fact that he will not settle AT ALL when we are around, when we are at work he sleeps all day no problem, when we go up stairs he sleeps no problem, sleeps through the night etc. but in the evening and over the weekend he just won’t do it, he won’t sit still if anyone is in the room. I appreciate he’s just a baby and very excited etc which is lovely, but does anyone have any suggestions that might make it easier to help him?
