Puppy wants to sleep before bedtime

hi all,

3 days into our new puppy, lovely little multipoo who we’ve all fallen in love with. nights have been hard soo far but every evening he wants to curl up on me and snooze. I love this, but it’s only 8pm. will this affect his sleep during the night or is this good chill time in the evening?

Trying to figure a good evening routine after dinner at 7pm.
