Puppy Training while on Kennel Rest?

I am currently fostering (and hoping to adopt) a 6 month old puppy who recently had a tibial crest avulsion repaired. She is on strict kennel rest for 6-8 weeks. She came into the shelter as a stray and as such, has zero manners. She's doing okay on potty training. However, her puppy biting, leash pulling and overall craziness still persists. She gets gabapentin and trazadone and she's only alllowed 3-5 short leash walk potty breaks per day.

Is there anything I can do in the meantime to help with manners? Or is this more of a wait it out and get her in puppy classes as soon as she's medically cleared?

I let her lay down and chew on toys and lick kongs in her crate but other than that is there any other enrichment she can do laying down that won't rile her up?

Thanks for any advice I've never had to kennel rest a puppy before and it's harder than I anticipated.
