My 18 week mini dachshund has recently become too anxious to pee outside. He gets scared by anything outside, like a car honking blocks away, the wind blowing, etc.. he’s starting to hold his pee for up to 12 hours which concerns me since I don’t want him to develop a UTI. Is there anything that helped your pup not be scared to go to the bathroom outside?
