I have a 3 month old male neutered puppy and today when he woke up from his nap he got really excited when he saw my husband, when my husband left the room he was still laying down and he lifted his back legs up a little bit and peed. he’s never done this. could it be because he was so excited he forgot he had to go and just let it out? or is this a sign of a uti? he’s not fully potty trained yet.
