Puppy loves peeing in the kitchen

Hello all. My husband and I recently adopted a 4-month-old puppy. She is very tiny, right around 1 kg.

We spend a lot of time outside, and have other dogs, all of whom have access to our large kitchen, and our very large yard all day.

We can be outside for hours and our 12 week old will save pee like a tiny pee camel and pee all over the kitchen when we come inside.

Enzymatic cleaners literally just became easily available in Kenya, where we live, and we will be hunting some down in the next couple of days. Meanwhile we've been using bleach to clean her pee spots, but obviously that's not working.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Even taking her to her regular pee spot and standing with no distractions for long periods of time has not gotten her to go potty. The few times she has gone pee outside, we praise her and give her high value treats immediately after the pee. Same with poop.

She has no problem going poop outside.
