Puppy keeps tearing up pad

She has used the pad well overnight and throughout the day when left alone. She does wee when we take her out at regular intervals, however she has started tearing up/shredding the pad (it’s in a case thing). She has chew toys available to her and other items, we redirect when we are present. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks
