Puppy jumped off bed 🙁

My 13wk puppy jumped off my bed today and obviously did not land it. This is literally only his third time being on my bed because I've been so scared of him falling off and hurting himself. I was right next to him when it happened, I just wasn't fast enough to stop it 🙁 He landed on his side and made a tiny yelp and immediately got up. I freaked out and went to him and he went under my bed and seemed scared. After a couple seconds he crawled into my lap on the floor and sat there with me. I felt and rubbed him everywhere to see if anything was sore or bothering him and he didn't react. He's been eating, drinking and using the bathroom normally. He's also still been playing and barking like normal but he does seem more calm and sleepy. Do you think it's just cause he's spooked from this morning or should I be worried ? He's still acting like how he normally does, just more sleepy 🙁
