I've had my now 12 week old pup for about 3 weeks, he's been very on and off in terms of comfort and anxiety when we go outside to potty. Sometimes he's easy and walks (just by my building since he's not fully vaccinated), but does always stop to observe when people, cars, bikes etc pass by. Recently it seems like he's regressing on this and getting more anxious as time goes on and he tries to pull me/rush to get inside.
What can I do to give him some more courage and comfort outside?
