I found a stray pup a little away from my house without any mom or littermates and decided to keep him. He was extremely restless inside the house so I let him hang out with another litter close to where I live. The litter and mom accepted him and he's really chill with them, however I do want to take him off the street eventually. He's around 50 days old and I've scheduled a vaccination for him next week. He's usually calm if I keep him in my lap and pet him, but the moment I get up he starts whining and gets really scared. I try to do an hour or two in the house daily while he spends the rest of the time with the other puppies. It's been a week like this but it seems he's just not getting used to being in the house. Is this something that will go away eventually with exposure or am I doing something wrong?
