Puppy having hard time sleeping

Hi, so I have a 5 month old lab mix puppy who has been having a very hard time sleeping recently. We adopted her when she was 3 months old and she never had any issues sleeping through the night in her crate until recently. She spends the majority of her day in the crate and when she is out of it she gets plenty of enrichment and mental stimulation.

I understand that she is teething right now but as soon as it’s time for bed around 10pm she is usually laying and calm outside of the crate and then we take her to go potty and then move her in. She gets about an hour of sleep inside the crate and then starts barking so we take her out to go to the bathroom and come back in to try and get her to settle again. The issue is she won’t settle again. I know this can be another issue with her being over tired but as soon as we put her back in the crate she immediately starts barking again.

We live in an apartment complex so it is hard for us to let her cry it out as we have already gotten one noise complaint from our upstairs neighbor.

Any advise on what we can try to do to get her to settle would be greatly appreciated.
