Puppy has three parvo shots.. I’m being told I don’t need another? Confused.

Hi! Asking another question because you guys are huge helps. We have a vet appointment just to make sure everything’s ok with him. We adopted a pup about two weeks ago. He is supposedly 17 weeks.

He has three DA2PP shots and his first one was given October 10th which is around 9 weeks of when he was born (the adoption site gave him all these shots.) his third one was 11/08/2025.

Does he need a 4th? I’m really confused because I’m also reading he only needs three!

I’m just panicking because I thought three was ok and we’ve taken him a couple places that could be a risk for Parvo.

*he has all his other vaccines already.
