Puppy has the zoomies every time she’s out her crate!!

I’ve had my puppy for 3 weeks now. She’s 13 weeks.

For a week now, any time she’s out her crate, she has the zoomies. Like out of control zoomies.

Even after she takes a nap and after she eats.

Is this normal? It’s kind of annoying 😭😭

I get she’s a baby which is why I normally let her do her thing but sometimes she does a lot.
