Hi everyone, I have a 10 week old Pomchi puppy that I’ve had for 6 days now. I came home from work and my mom told me that my puppy started crying and yelping out of nowhere, he wouldn’t let anyone touch him and he looked terrified. She said that he was fine the whole day, he was playing and sleeping and eating just fine up until 6pm rolled around and the crying started. I got home an hour later and he was sleeping but he still looked scared, he let me pick him up and I was carrying him then I tried to put him in his sling carrier (which he has comfortably been in before) then he started screaming and biting. My mom said that that was the same cry he did before.
Yesterday, we had a really bad thunderstorm at around 6pm. My mom said that his cries from today sounded exactly like his cries from yesterday’s thunderstorm.
Should I be worried? Is this an anxiety thing? He was fine the whole day today, we just have no idea why he started crying like he was in pain.
