I have a 4 month old Yorkie/JR. I live in NYC and my job is cool either way her coming into the office with me. I live very far from the office so we have to take the train and she freaks out. She has a full fledge fit, thrashing, whining and nipping at me every time we have to go to the station. Once on the train she totally fine but walking there is a nightmare. I give her snacks and pick her up so shes in my coat to help her but i feel so guilty about it. There arent day cares that are able to assist me because shes so young and hasnt been spayed. I wrote a few people on rover. Im just waiting to hear back.
Does anyone have any tricks i can do to soothe her on our way to the train and waiting for it? I know she’s overwhelmed but until i hear back theres nothing i can do as ive been told shes too you g to be felt alone.
