Puppy crate training

hello, just having issues with the crate. We feed, give high rewards, safe toys and do overnight sleeps in it. He just never goes in his cage alone or willingly, always has to be lured in with a treat. We have a command “inside” where he’ll go inside and lay down, and when he stays inside for small periods of time I’ll give him treats. All of my previous dogs never had issues with the crate and have willingly gone in w/o lures, so I’m just unsure of what to do at this point.

We have enforced naps( 1 hour awake 2 hours asleep) depending on everyone’s schedules & time of day he’ll either be lured in his cage, or asleep on a giant squishmallow or the floor. Hell even enforce his nap himself lol. He self regulates either way. Just want him to be comfortable / willing to go in his crate alone
