please be nice hi! i have a 12 week old mini poodle and i live in minnesota and he absolutely hates the cold we got a fresh patch to put on the balcony but he refuses to go outside because he’s cold s we’ve moved back inside, we’ve tried a sweater but he just hops right back in the house or sits on the patch and shivers any tips on getting him to go outside?
