I have 3 rescue dogs. Dog 1 took several months to fully potty train Dog 2 has been here 2 years and still has accidents on a weekly basis. Dog 3 was just rescued 5 days ago and she has mainly peed indoors:( The weather has been raining, windy, snowing and cold. Should I do puppy pads or just keep taking her out every 45 minutes? She is a young chihuahua but an adult.
