Potty training a puppy

I’m looking for some advice and just to see if this is normal. We’ve had our girl for a little over 2 months now. She is currently 5 months old and is a great pry/ collie mix. This past weekend has been potty training hell and it’s been so odd. She had been doing well with potty training since we got her, she would sit or bark at the door to go out if she needed to go potty. Prior to this weekend she had a handful of accidents in the house but in the past 2 weeks leading up to this weekend she didn’t have any so I thought we might be in the clear for potty training. This past weekend it rained all weekend and we are pet sitting my parents dogs. She has gone pee and poo inside multiple times. I’m not sure if it’s the break in routine of the holiday weekend and the rainy weather but we have let her out multiple times. The one time she was playing outside with my parents dogs and pooped with in a few minutes of being inside. I’m not sure if she might be getting distracted by them and not thinking about pooing outside or what. She barks a lot more in general now so it’s hard to tell if she’s play barking, barking at something outside, or needs to go use the potty. Any tips? We try to stay consistent at letting her out every few hours but I’m not sure what to do. She always goes out first thing in the morning and anytime she barks at night we let her outside. She is being crate trained and doesn’t pee or poop in the crate we don’t usually leave her for more than 3hrs either. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
