Potty regression in 7 month old.

Hi I have a 7 month old staffy boy and he was great with his toilet training but recently has had some regression with pee. He just started lifting his leg and has gone a few times on the pot plants inside and I’m not sure what else to do other than say no and put him straight outside after. I feel it may be more of a boy puberty thing possibly. Just wondering if anyone had any tips ?

I’m not getting him desexed till over 12 months old.
