Please reassure me this is just peak teething time and it’ll get better after its done getting worse

Almost 4.5 months old now, and she has started to just got absolutely ham on us.

Even shoving a toy in her mouth, she will try to bite our hands around the toy. She chewed a bit of our wall and now we have to patch it before we move out (renting). And we have to actively prevent her from trying to chew it more.

She will not chew frozen carrots or celery anymore, although she does enjoy regular carrots as a treat, so it's not the flavor. Cool, wet wash cloths are some of the only things that keeps her from attacking our hands, and even then, thats tenuous.

At ~4 months she was doing so good with biting; a little nippy, but largely had stopped. Now its back with a vengeance.
