Please help me with my puppies sleeping!!!!

My puppy, who ive had for two weeks- has settled in very well and was very confident from the start in our house- the problem is at night. We tried putting her in a pen at night with all her bedding (basically crate training) but stopped because she was waking 5 times each night (not going potty when taking her) and let her sleep in our bed (i know but a puppy trainer advised it). She is pretty good at night now except for the fact she wakes up anywhere between 4 and 6 am thinking it is go go go and play time. She will wake me up by bounding on me, pulling my hair, biting me etc. it is near impossible getting her asleep after this. If i do not wake up she will jump iff the bed which is worrying for her joints as well as going into others rooms, peeing there, playing in the living room. She sleeps a lot in the day but we also do play with her, train etc through out the day lots and especially the hour before bed. She goes to sleep at like 9 which i know is bad but it is so so so hard to keep her awake past that. Please help me because my sleep is so ruined and i go back to work next week
