I have a 10 year old shih tzu/pomaranian mix. While me and my wife are at work he sometimes pees on our hardwood downstairs (I don't blame him, its a long time to hold his pee). But its begun to warp our baseboards/entertainment center. Is there something I can do to prevent this? Would putting pee pads in his usual pee spot help? Thanks
