Normal 12 week old puppy sleep?

Hey yall, trying to figure out how to navigate what me and my partner are calling the witching hour lol. Our 12 week old puppy is super sweet, naps a lot throughout the day, plays etc. she goes out for the last time around 10pm, then every night at 1am she’s wide awake. We take her out, she goes potty all business and then back in the crate. She cries, sprints around, smacks the bars of her little crate every night from 1-2 without fail. It’s like she’s conditioned herself that from 1am to 2am she should be the most awake she’s ever been. Is this just something we have to wait out? She’s got a snuggle puppy, teething toy, etc all in her crate. Laying next to her and comforting her doesn’t seem to help. I see a ton of posts from people with 8-10 week old puppies who are going out once a night so not sure how normal this is?
